• 1 x 8,500 sqft unit base/car parking/flex space on site which can be used for car parking, storage, set-down area.

• 4 x 5,000 sq ft workshops, with power distributions, painters sinks with heating available.
• 1 x 40,000 sq ft unit base (under construction) flex space, offering upto 150 car park spaces. Power and water for Trailers, and other wagons.
• 1 x 5,468 sq ft office, costume and workshop spaces with mixture of open plan offices, and separate HOD office spaces, with dedicated kitchen spaces with WC's.

Location filming on site has been used in the past such as: road scenes, filming in gyms, plant rooms, lifts, stairwells, underground car parks, roof top scenes, etc.

On park post production facilities are available and packages available for filming and post production.
