Maidstone Studios boasts three studios; Studio 1, 12000 sq. ft, Studio 2; 6000 sq. ft and Studio 3 (1,00 sq ft)  A Squarqular digital wall with green screen, and plug and play filming facilities with a remote gallery (currently in construction and due to open April 2022).

We have dual-fed fully resilient high-speed fibre network with diverse links across the Country with World Wide connectivity & fully resilient generator/ UPS dual-fed tech power.  Each studio has flexible lighting solutions and fully configurable production, viewing, lighting, and sound galleries which are switchable between each studio.

In addition, we offer a multi-format postproduction facility. 5 Avid Editing suites,  A Protools HDX Dubbing, and full Foley suite with Dolby Atmos monitoring, Voice over, ADR.

With over 35 production spaces including a private bar, 12 seater cinema, American Diner, multiple production offices, 26 dressing rooms, 6 green rooms, audience holding area, outside space for pop-up studio, an onsite restaurant & parking for 350 cars, productions have the luxury of space.

Maidstone Studios is accessible 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year, and has no set waiting times.
